You must request from the lawyer.If u dont ask them, they'll just follow the standard calculation lor.

tak la wo...de lawyer firm jus give me de bill. it stated in de bill,

- Facilitis Agreement/Loan Agreement Cum Assignment rm 2092
- Less 30% under SRO - RM 627.60

that is another disbursements total is RM 1664.4...so total SUM UP i need to pay 3134.72

yes, mine is L type, and i din request for discount, they jus bill me -30% lol..

i paid by cheque...i dun think their lawyer firm got swipe machine kua...

What disbursements so much wor? RM 1664.40..If urs is L type den reasonable la coz mine after discount is RM2800.00..if didn't ask they will bill me RM3200.00.

Ask back the bank CO whether their lawyer got discount or not. OR Ask the CO whether can choose the developer lawyer or not. If can, look for Henry Lim & co. Sure will have 30% discount.

Quite ok lor...but u try to call them and ask again 2moro..see they can giv further discount or not.Mine RM2800 is S type so urs should be reasonable...

what is your mrta amount need to pay?
i use website calculator http://www.fiscal-wise.com.my/
which in my case is not similar at all, they charge me diff for around 2 thousand

if any other insurance company, can pay installment or not?
