Can anyone help me. I'm having problems when playing mp4 videos on my tube. I have downloaded some videos from youtube that are mp4 format,then i transfer it to my phone but when i want to play,it says "Unable to play either sound or video clip. Trying to play partially." It still plays the video but it has only sound and no video. Anyone can help me fix this?

It's a phone not a DVD player, therefore u need to re-encode the video, refer to front page of this thread for resolution and sound rate settings compatible with 5800XM ..

guys, when i use bluetooth transfer a video 100mb++, it keep say memory full. wat should i do? c: left 60++mb, memory card left 5gb.

If u use bluetooth, the file will be first downloaded into the phone mem first rather than directly into the mem card...This is a known limitation across S60 phones since years ago. Try changing in the setting to save the message into mem card directly

Bluetooth sends to the phone memory and the files will be stored in your message inbox. If your "Message Inbox" is set to Internal Memory then its limited and u will het an error.

To receive bigger files you need to move your Inbox to the memory card from "Message Options" ..

anyway, i jz gt tis black tube (full package) frm e_trade_pj on monday... kinda disappointed gt to know the pouch, stand,extra stylus pen (in one pac) are all out of stock...n he gav me car charger as replacement instead ... i quite lik the carrying case actuali bt...sigh... ebay is selling roughly RM20 lor...zzz... abit regret might as well pay for the basic pax can save around 50-90 ... afterall im very satisfied wit this tube ... hacked once i received on the 1st day n dl & install so mny applications/games...

Why can't XM play nHD videos? Videos that are 640*360. It is stated on Nokia website http://www.nokia.com.my/find-product/all-p.../specifications. Any comments on this?

XM can play videos that are 640*360 but only if the video is 30fps.
