it has been more than 4-5 days and no one called me to confirm subcription...
i went to the astro store and the lady jotted down my details and said will check with KL office and yet NO confirmation from astro...

i guess astro don't need my money in a hurry

i got my B.yond today . kudos astro very fast service .  i subscribe yesterday ,  confirm yesterday , and installation today

the installer is gonna come IN 20 MINUTES! W00T! shall i keep u guys posted and put some pics?

if the installer is patient enough, you can ask him to change the dish and decoder only then test with the current cable first to see if it's good enough. that's what i did and in the end no rewiring was done

OMG!!! you order on Monday,, but today already got byond...
I order since their first launch on Friday.., but until now installer still not call me...
I think la, astro only install byond first for the user who stay within Klang Valley...
for outside klang valley.. it will take a long time because maybe byond set still not arrive to the installer outside Klang Valley...

Any one in Penang has their new decoder installed?

i got 2 decoder at home using single dish. i only change 1 account to astro b.yond. can the second decoder (the old one) shares dish with the new b.yond dish?

Just got my Byond installed. I called them on the first day of launch, but there were a few more calls to confirm, terms & conditions and appointment with installer.

Quality really nice, but now I don't feel like watching any of those non-HD channels. A bit not used to the people not looking "fat" at first. Hahaha...

I stay in Seri Kembangan and I got a good installer. Nice chap that came with his wife. Quite chatty and very pleasant fellow.

Finally..  My B.Yond is up and running. Applied 13th, T&C briefing on 16th.. today 22nd Dec.. got it.
The PQ is very good on Nat Geo HD and History HD. TV: Panny P42X10K Cable: Use back existing RG-6
Is a whole experience on Astro now. Too bad too little HD channels for now. My location : Ipoh, Perak.

HD box is custom made version from pace, ds830NA, "A" stands for Astro?

Just got my B.yond today. HBO HD memang syok. For the first time since I last visit Singapore the HBO HD logo looks sharp.

Now I regret joining the complain that the B.yond prototype no HDMI early this year. My HDMI connector on the TV has since been connected to a PS3. VGA connector connected to a VGA-to-component box that I bought in anticipation to Astro HD. Bangang betul, the final B.yond set can only output HD through HDMI. Even component output is only 576p

Anyone know how much a HDFury2 cost in Malaysia? And where to find one locally? Or do I have to use eBay?

i got d call fr astro this evening regarding my complaint 2 days ago...they gave me installer name & contact no...2moro d installer will install my byond........T&C  call 17hb dis ( solid 10 days keep me waiting)
