Another woman alleged to have had an affair with John Terry has come out to slam the star's wayward behaviour.

The Chelsea and England captain has been in the news the last few days for his affair with good friend and former team-mate Wayne Bridge's partner, Vanessa Perroncel.

Jayne Connery, a Promotions model who had a five-month affair back in 2000 with Terry came forward to give her side of the story to the Sunday Mirror.

Having met Terry for the first time in 1999 while working on a promotion for Legoland in Heathrow Airport, she was told by the defender that he was single.

She revealed: "He was coming through with the Chelsea team. I didn't know who he was but we made eye contact and I liked him straight away.

"He came up said, ‘You're lovely'. He told me he was single and said, ‘You're beautiful. I've got to go out with you'. I was 32 and asked him how old he was. He said he was 24 (Terry was actually 20) and that he always wanted an older woman. I gave him my number and he came round when he got back to Britain and we made love. He was very attentive, loving and charming."

Terry's wife Toni Poole, who was engaged at that time to the Chelsea star, apparently found out about their fling and Connery was devastated to have been cheated by the footballer who claimed that he was single.

Connery stopped seeing the player but six years later in 2006, she bumped into the England captain at London's Embassy club and Terry once again made advances on her.

She said: "He put his hand up my skirt. He laughed. It was a laugh that said, ‘I can get away with anything.'"

Having been through such an ordeal with the defender, Connery is not surprised when she read the news that Terry had an affair with his team-mate's wife but is unsure whether or not the footballer will get punished for his wrongdoings.

She added: "Chelsea and the FA should be telling him to clean his act up, but he's their golden boy. He must face up to what he's done, but I've a feeling all this will be swept under the carpet again."
