Agree with team rebuilding. Fresh blood is needed for Midfielder since you can see how bad Lampard playing last nite. Chelsea need creative players who can feed ball to strikers. Last nite, Chelsea tactic easily predicted and it easy for Jose to tackle that tactic.

You can see when Malouda tried his best to beat Maicon but Maicon seem enjoy facing Malouda with his physical power. But where is the right winger? This is the biggest problem for Chelsea this season. The team is not balance enough. Joe Cole doesnt give any impact to the team.

Ballack is far better than Lampard but since Lampard is untouchable, CA still prefer him than Ballack. Chelsea need player like Sneider who passing really good, really creative and good set piece taker. This kind of player can give something more to Chelsea.

Decent right winger also needed. This can help Malouda a little bit since Chelsea seem attack through Malouda only.

Money Can Buy Success because Mourinho already proved it. Mourinho make it happen because he installed urgency,desire,willingness,spirit,never say die attitude to his team.

Grooming youngster is not same if the youngster already talented. If the youngster really good enough, they can easily stepped up into First eleven. Messi, Rooney, Ronaldo,Pedro, Bojan, Fabregas are the example of talented youngster. They need only 1 season to prove themselves. Thats why Kakuta, Borini, Di Santo, Stoch, Sinclair always on the bench or been loan out because they not good enough to play first team.

So, what Chelsea need rite now is looking for highly rated n established player such as Sneider,Goucuff, who still young, talented n can step up to replace Deco ,Ballack,Lampard, Joe Cole. No need to splash 50m,60m for one player. The ideas to sign Torres, Villa, Aguero totally nonsense because you cant win nothing because of one player.

There's are so many talented youngster such as Angel Di Maria, Jovetic, and these kind of players Chelsea need to buy because they are young, highly rated, willing to learn and hungry for success.

Look at Barcelona. Every season they will ensure at two player been promoted from youth academy. Last season they got Bojan, this season they got Pedro. This is really good policy how to grooming youngsters. You give them chances to play alongside world class player n surely they will take that opportunity to prove themselves.

For me, Chelsea need to overhaul current team because the current players I think slowly cant overcome the power of BPL. Ballack, Deco, Joe Cole, Hilario, Ferreira, Belleti, Anelka need to go.

Another misery day for Chelsea. Like Roman said " Are u best players or WELL PAID players". Rebuilding current team is a MUST

Similar story under Scolari n Ancelotti. Both manager started well but starting to drop point at the crucial stages. Current squad is not good enough to maintain their consistency. For me, Current Chelsea squad already peak under Mourinho era n major reinforcement is needed from NOW.

Deco give something to midfield. His sublime pass, his composure really give chelsea midfield look solid. Lampard got freedom because this is 4-3-3 formation that suit his style of play. Sturridge really bring threat at the right winger while Malouda as usual look dangerous as left winger. Balanced squad.

Hope this win can spark more spirit n energy to all chelsea player

I always believe when Chelsea playing 4-3-3 formation with right balanced squad, chelsea surely can play good football n win the game. 2 straight win after the same system used. Look at Lampard when with this formation, really motivated n look comfortable. Congrats to Ancelotti because brave enough to make this changed.

Chelsea always have good result in Wembley and Drogba already been tagged as Wembley Specialist because always score. Hahaha,seems that CA already preferred 4-3-3 formation.

Its okay to sacrifice Drogba or Anelka if this formation can bring success to Chelsea team. Very good performances at 2nd half and for sure, this win will spark more spirit to the team.
