QUOTE(AnonyNite @ Jan 21 2010, 08:19 AM) for son can already la, no nid until cucu kua. haha. i think with same amount of cash, dump into C better than BRKB? just wondering. BRK.B better when economy recovers, in long term, as the underlying shares are solid (for now). Consider it as an ETFby the way, what's the cost of trading US share from singapore broker? anyone can share? i think OSK is RM350 per trade? ~_~ Nobody knows the C futures. I will sell as long i'm in profit. Duh 45% of my cash is locked by C. Why not just open direct a/c with US Broker? Why need to use middle-man? Even you pay USD19.95/trade using E-trade is still cheaper. By the way, E-trade is there in Singapore. |

XD |

Look at that. Goldman Sachs earned almost $4.79 billion in revenue last quarter and for the full year 13.4 billion.
Can anyone name any Malaysian banks that can beat that revenue? Perhaps even the combine of all of them? |

Today pre-market showing signs of weakness due to the employment data, another data release @ 12. Then can catch WDC then? its 46.60, +2.40 |

Great! We got a pull back below 10500 and S&P below 1125.
This a nice dip for those who has been patient. Take this opportunity, right here, right now. C buyers - here's your second chance. Don't miss it! |

QUOTE(Executioner @ Jan 22 2010, 12:10 AM) hi Just go to any of your fav. online broker used by many here and check 'em out one by one, which ever ones fits your needs.was interested in trade apple stock 2 yrs back before iphone 3gs made the stock go up wildly. now with islate its happening all over again. i missed the boat twice due to dont know how to open account and trade US stocks in time. any quick recommendations, also is there any US tax for profits etc? I have TD Ameritrade, E-Trade and ScottTrade. I like TD-Ameritrade the best. No tax for Capital Gains for Foreigners but hefty tax for Dividends payment. Just don't go for Dividends paying stocks but re-investment dividends are ok. |
