Not sure what you mean by buy qty n sell qty very little such as 0.5 or 0.6 something...if possible post your screenshot here.? hmm.gif
Where did you see 0.5 or 0.6 quantity? I've not see fractional number of shares like this.

If you wish to buy 1000 shares, just enter 1000. nod.gif

Unloaded some of my FXP at 43.50 yesterday, made USD 400 smile.gif

Bought C at 4.27 and TCK at 36.40 after-hours thumbup.gif

Wonder if it's gonna yo-yo back tonight? Or maybe Friday might be the 'BIG' yo yo (Job's report for April) rclxm9.gif

We call it straight. Lot is a useless number for international traders. No such thing for 'em.

We say SHORT/LONG 300 shares or 1,000. When place order, key in 1,000 not 1 or 10.

1,000 x 3.00 = 3,000USD + charges

Added on May 5, 2010, 10:07 amwaiting for Friday news before planning to get 100-200 TCK and another 1,000 C

Good for you.. believe or not, I'm still holding on my FXP, hedging against XPP (big red now).
I'll have to average down on XPP, waiting for signal that HKSE/China may bottom. It hasn't yet.
Got some TCK to average down as well. Goodness, it has been beaten lately but I glad it finally came to 50MA. Managed to nip some ERX to play along. The Dow/SPX finally making a correction. I think we're not done yet. We may bounce up tonight but need to see if Friday numbers are good or not. laugh.gif

Yeah, I sold off 2/3 of my FXP, still holding 1/3 left as I believe just like you that HKSE/China has yet to stop sliding and hit its bottom.

Gotta really thank ya for introducing TCK into this forum, made quite a bit from that particular counter thumbup.gif Cheers man!

For ING/LYG traders out there (apart from me)

1. Belgian-Dutch insurer Fortis, for example, holds $5.4 billion in Greek government debt—and $4.1 billion of Portuguese government debt, according to bank statements and public documents

2. Europe's banks aren't saying how much in vulnerable debt they hold overall, but it adds up. The banks' exposure to Portugal comes to $240 billion; exposure to Spanish debt is another $832 billion

3. On Apr. 27, the day S&P downgraded Greek debt, shares in London-based Lloyds Banking Group (LYG) slid 8%. Yesterday, hit another downwards in wake of Greece issue.

4. Europe's banks and insurers hold some $193 billion in Greek debt.

5. Commerzbank and ING (ING) each hold $3.9 billion in Greek government debt. Writing off 50% of that would hurt, but it wouldn't send a major European banking institution toppling

Most of the trading is done by computers anyway. Most of the investors were already burned in the previous crash and are probably holding cash or waiting for their stocks to recover. smile.gif
