hmm, D40. never considered it. but yeah, by the looks of it on Mudah.my, definitely cheaper compared to D3000.

not sure on D3100 price, but it's US$700 so shud be around 2.2k-2.3k like that. add a bit only..hehe
mmm D40 dun have sensor cleaning, so juz make sure dust wont go in when u change lenses. D40 dun have ADR, but then ADR in d3000 n d60 is uselessly slow anyway. d3000 got 11 af-points compared to d60/d40 got 3 af-points. for me, d60 n d3000 is too noisy above iso800 while d40 looks okay until iso1600 due to smaller megapixels. but then d40 kit lens dun have VR whereas d60 n d3000 kitlens got VR.
