What brand of paint has easy maintenance i.e. can just use wet cloth to wipe dirt or marks off?
*
Gloss and semi glass paint both are easy to wipe off with wet cloth

Too bad. Bought very expensive paint! On Feb 2015, I bought a 5L Nippon Vinilex Easywash Pastel Base paint. The price was RM101.00. The usual price is RM88 to RM90. I only knew I paid a bomb (about 15% more expensive) after asking several shops, including another shop that sells paint along Jalan Radin Bagus. Too bad, I bought the paint from Home Concept Hardware!

Here's the receipt sad.gif

I give you the shop name also no use. Cause there won't give you the special price.

As I said, only me. brows.gif

Nippon paint currently introduce some new paint and upgrade the momemto line. To tackle the new design and trend of ID.

New line add in is Stone Art and Metalic color.

Instead of standard color and pattern, now come with more choice and custom selection. You can add more and enhance the color, texture or pattern of your choice.

Some picture I took.

A note regarding those easy wash paints, Jotun Strax in particular.
I use this for my place, and it's just as claimed. Quite easy to wipe off dirt. However, never put newspaper on it especially for lighter color paint as it'll transfer on and those stains can't be rubbed off.
