AFAIK, using premium paint, sealer,undercoat etc, 2-Storey Intermediate terrace 4k, Semi-D 10k, Banglo 16k.
Standard paint will cost much lower.

saw it at the homedec fair, their deal is RM135 (1 x primer + paint) without discount.. but got free 1 set of tools worth RM35.

i heard from my painter is about 50sqft per L (2 layers). it should be about the same for all brand.

Painted my room 10ft x 10ft , 10 ft height, using 9-10 liters for 2 layers..

If using same colour or similar colour tone, u can save more.

I heard keng huat n paintrade sells the cheapest paint in klang valley. Both are sister company. I got my paints there. They have almost all the branded paints there. Just google paintrade sdn bhd. U can find thier details at yellow pages.
