Guys, whoever update to ios5, while typing chinese, it will hide ur writing bar, hope whatsapp can fix this soon

yup... i had sent the screenshot to them and hoping them to fix it soon.. i'm sure we are not the only one encountering this problem... Facebook app also have this issue during messaging.   

so far i yet to received any response from whatsapp support

is there a way to trace the location by gps the contacts on my whatsapp list?

they can share their location, just like sending a photo

Why is my whatsapp not notifying me when I have messages ? It's like I would have to open the whatsapp application then only it will connect and load msges. I would not know if someone msg me until I checked it.
I recently upgraded to 5.0.1 . And no it's not jailbroke I kinda got whatsapp free when it was free bout 2 months back or stg.

Close Whatsapp from background...
Try put u iphone into flight mode for 15 minutes...
after that on it again...

U need to setup a email account at MAIL.

Then at whatsapp, under settings, scroll to the bottom, there's a "email chat history" function.

Whatsapp would compile the chat history u selected into .txt & deliver to the email u specify.

Whenever u want to refer to past chat history, just open the txt file. Rather than press "load earlier" 20 times.

yes digi user here... must open whatsapp only get msg, else wont get notification grrrrrr

I have to open the application, let it connect where there is connecting status on top the bar then only all my msges will come in ..

hem...mine working like...even i kill it from background,will pop up incoming msg...

There're lots of TXT files attached together with the media(pic).
I only able to view the photos all, and when I open up the TXT, all are empty.
So its Digi problem not Whatsapp?

Notification have, but delay punya.
Sometime more than 30 minutes.

Try reinstall u whatsapp...

I scare if reinstall all the histories will be gone.
