it really depend one. i do saw few who sucess apply 4mbps but cap at around 3.2mbps max

ya i always use the easiest way to communicate with TM CS cause if u to complicated Term there sometimes miss understand wat u mean.

For ur account limitation just tell them ur speedtest result stuck at 2mbps while ur account is 4mbps. U tell capped/uncapped sometimes there really .... Only few of the CS have good support some is really worst. Some times i call 100 2 3 times if some noob CS take my call ==

if u are staying in ur own house which is 10 year above it may be ur wire from ur house to the tiang telekom is not very good already.
If u want to change u need pay 1xx to telekom contractor to replace smile.gif
If it is new house than nth u can do smile.gif only can hope TM update the facility better ><

BTW after i log complain to TM customer service.

Receive a call from TM CS explain to me there is server migration so some ppl speed might suddenly drop for temporary.

This migration will end after March. For all who facing speed drop for temporary Hold ur Bullet to tembak TM until APRIL ><

Halo..... plenty of file out there can easy hit that limit plus if u sharing between friend.

If the Caping is ridiculous i sure register a company name and apply Unifi 199

ya it is 80% but mine one is capped at 6mb with 4.5mb DL
U might try to email Tm to ask them to capped at 5/6 mb too but that depend on ur line quality able to do so or not.

For utorrent. It depend on seeder. No seeder connected 100mbps also = nothing.
I running both Utorrent and Xun Lei depend on which country seeder. My highier archive is 500kBps but no stable sometimes high sometimes low average should be 200-300kBps.
Torremt download is always depend how many seeder u able to connect. The more = fast

ya my 4mb also in weird condition which sometimes 4mb like normal sometimes 0.9-1.6mb only.

It only show in short period than back to normal against.

Don't know what are there doing out there ***~~~

Every night 8pm to 1am my line will become like this.... Aduh what TM is doing ==

Send email to them hope there fix it soon. (i am using 4mb)

Even online game also my ping keep jump up and down.
