Whenever you're having any problems with Streamyx, the first thing you should do is to refer to their level 2 customer service agents.
They'll usually tell you that they'll check with their Technical staff first and that they will contact you when there are any updates. They will be reluctant to specify exactly when they'll call back. Give them one day or at most 2 days.
If for some reason they have not called you back, refer to MCMC (URL below).
MCMC (CFM)
File a report at the above website. Make sure you include relevant screenshots. Be straight to the point.
By the next business day, a representative from TM's Rapid Response Team will call you to acknowledge receipt of your complaint.
From this point onwards, it shouldn't take more than a day or two to resolve the problem.
Done. No need to stress over poor speeds etc. for weeks as some of you are doing.
