update my tank...

"my tree" is growing slow...using the mixture of peacock moss and taiwan moss...

HC is showing some runner butmy CO2 is currently still DIY..so the growth terbantut....going to get CO2 tank this weekend tho...and going to add on my current lighting 55w to another i dunnu yet....lol

my merisea is doing not so good...those are from previous setup....and my tenullus is doing not so good as well

havnt start dosing yet.....the tank is around 3 weeks old.....

havnt change to ADA soil...still using seachem flourite sand...changed the filter media.....change the rubber ring of the filter...

my RCS is doing fine in my new tank.....

am planning to shut down my main RCS tank.....just maintain this 2ft tank....



anyway...it's nice to see alot of ppl here

but ADA soil "break" faster than GEX....rite?? that's wat i heard from ppl

i would say mix ADA soil with holland sand...then buy JBL fert ball and stuff them near the area where ur plants are...

chuppy and yujin are in the top league of shrimp keeping...especially CRS...but chuppy...u said u have the space and equipment...why dun u try king kong shrimp la....hehehehe

just shut down my 1.5ft cherry tank...transfered all to 2ft...spent 1 hour sitting and catching shrimplets...lol

now my focus got diverted and have some financial turmoil these few months..so yet to convert my tank to crs tank....so 2fter...is cherry tank

my mum one day did actually came to my room and suggested to me tat i write down in a book whenever i spend on this hobby...but sad to say...the book is still in book store....lol

rcs is very hardy...i breed them using holland sand with moss and hair algea and without water change for months..

but dont do that to crs..u'll cry

star moss?? dik...hang around longer in malaysia planted community and u'll find that u can get it from hobbist locally:)i've see star moss,coral moss,spiky moss,peacock moss,spiky moss,christmas moss,taiwan moss, singapore moss, tiny feather moss locally

even i myself have peacock and taiwan moss in my tank...just throw my jawa moss into dustbin only last week...hehehe

i admit it is rare..but u can get it locally

try listen to ppl....stop living in denial.......but anyway..i always believe "bang wall" only able to learn...so yea...consider it as ur tuition fee...but if u still have this kind of mentality....ur tuition fee will be quite high...
