WILL U EXTEND YOUR WARRANTY??
i'm still thinking of this option (if really have, as my SA didn't come back to me on this yet.)..

Just thinking that extend the warranty will really help as maybe at that time they will say: this part are not entitled to claim and what so ever....

this is the dilemma of having 5 years warranty...
sg forte drivers they hate 5 yearsr warranty as need to go bac and service their cars for 5 years...

i think most probably i will stick with whatever warranty period they provided for free, extend to another 3 years maybe good if your car break down due to gearbox, engine or the ECU/ eletronic. But if KIA dare to give until 10 years warranty in US and 5 years at the rest of the world (except malaysia), personally i think it won't be a issue even though we are jsut given 2 years warranty.

market in US is huge. they can cover the loss in warranty with future car release.
wonder why in malaysia just 2 years warranty. but i also think it is still good. the only problem if you're travel a lot. coz the warranty is either 2 years or after surpass some mileage right? what is the mileage, 50K? 100k?

Yup, he told me tat he have receive confirmation the car already arrived at Port, will be deliver to showroom in these few days 4-5..
Once the car arrive can test drive the 2.0 forte. If happy, loan approved can get car in less than 5 days also.
He told me the Setapak KIA Motors is the main office and service centre. If cant deliver the car for customer, he will tiaw his boss.  laugh.gif

Seems like the first batch CBU 2.0 SX units will not be sufficient for most of the pre-launch booker including me mad.gif
The second batch 2.0 (SX) will be in 2 month- 3 months, and will be CKD. Means, local assemble parts like steering, etc. But not sure they will take out accessories or not.

A huge disappointment for the pre-launch booking fellas...

i beg to differ. SA in puchong mention that for 2.0 second batch is still CBU. they're taking orders and i dont think they are ready for CKD yet (at least for 2.0). and you know la, different SA told different story. so all the best guys. wish you can get the CBU unit as well especially for pre-launch booking.

I heard the same from Cheras SA. But he added, when they say CBU its actually 99% CBU. Maybe by then tyre and rim is locally made. It will take some time for Naza to source for the parts.. Technically, its call CKD 1% 99%CBU icon_rolleyes.gif

Yeah, i think stuff like tyre, steering wheel, maybe rim will be local assemble. They won't take out the 6 air bags etc.

So, steering wheel will be NAZA emblem... cry.gif

that pay extra 700 really got ar?
coz puchong said no got. last time they got. usually that one offered by insurance company.
now no more already.

guys, please refer to the after sales on Naza page...
all their Kia model comes with standard 2 years 50k mileage warranty, and all vehicle should be able to apply the extended warranty program to additional 36 months or 75k mileage.
download the PDF and the extra warranty seems very worth it, it cover alot of stuffs...
unless that specific that Forte is not under the extended warranty program, else we should be able to purchase it.
for lazy fella, click here to download the PDF file.

same or not same size is not important...
the most important thing is their pricing strategy...
simply add a RM100 - RM200 during promotion period means cheating la...
so book now till Jan if their price increase back to RM1600 - 10% = i don't farking bother to count..
even they r good.. but i think i'll go back to PPS lo if that's the way he do business..
thanks to their boss non-sense blood sucking strategy..
