you should do your own research and not simply hear other friends comments.

agreed, dun be like a lot of uncle and auntie, just listen to other ppl talk and never test for themselves.
that's how Honda, Toyota, and Nissan can remain at the top, even tho churn out sh!t cars like current vios, rush, prev city, latio.
i'm sad to see some of my younger generation frens also having such a closed mindset... so unreceptive to change shakehead.gif

so hopefully this forte (and also naza after-sales!!!!!!!!) wil change this mindset rclxm9.gif

wah..i headache with tinting lor.
i memang noob in tinting like our bro shamsul.

so far my options are:
1) v-kool elite @ RM1400 but without guarantee/warranty but recommended by a trusted friend who has been using the same guy for 10 years and also has recommended to his other friends. the boss says if you send to vkool n they tell you its fake, he will refund u the money n u keep the tint;

2) 3M @ approx. RM1400 with Crystalline60/70 for front & rear. Windows also 3M but different spec. Add RM150 for security. Recommended by my neighbour and neighbour told me the boss personally installs it.

3) Tintmaster @ 40-50% discount. Recommended by my SA. Price is cheaper then above 2 with security film & 7years warranty. With their discount can choose their higher specs.

Edit: just found out it's RikeCool, not Vkool, my bad! Also, no problem with my boss' Smartag smile.gif

julz, don't know much, but will share a bit of my experience on Rikecool.
my boss' cx90 came with pre-installed Rikecool, and i must say it's da b0mb. the suv has huge windows and windscreen, we're travelling 11am-1pm, out on highway, the sun is shining right on my arm, but i can't feel it at all! wunderbarrrrrrr

from what i remember, there's no dark tint (which is sort of illegal and dangerous for your own vehicle), only a slight reflective tint.
hope that helps! smile.gif

I'm glad you fought back, we can't let these buggers bully us-lah.
there are good dealers and there are also the dirty rotten eggs.

sham, great job. i am a firm believer in consumer rights.... it's bad enough we malaysian consumers already don't get treated properly most of the time, but to get "extorted" for RM1k and threatened with a lawsuit? Shame on that *unnamed* dealer! shakehead.gif

Can someone shares if the car's back seats are capable of ISOFIX mount ? Don't want to ask the SA since I doubt they knew what is it.

Tomorrow I'll be shopping around for my car fragrance and car wax.

hmmm i know it's a matter of personal preference, but will hav to agree with the MedKlinn ionizer suggestion (last time they promo offer free RM50 fuel voucher too)

wouldn't you like to preserve your new 'car smell' as long as possible? rclxms.gif .... that's the best car fragrance in the world!!!!!!
