get delta fan @ scythe fan for thicker radiator, any yate loon & scythe medium speed fan for the slim radiator like swiftech.
if you're a silent craze, get Noiseblocker fan... it's not cheap though... This post has been edited by kInOzAwA: Nov 27 2009, 09:05 PM |

QUOTE(reiben05 @ Nov 29 2009, 02:39 PM) oh.. those are CM r4's.. well u can try them if u like but base on my experience, those fans run pretty loud , especially if ur going to put 6-8 of them in a case =X yeah i admit it.. CM fan running pretty loud, BTW that unit is better than transparent one, because can run only 1200rpm maximum... |

QUOTE(tesla_rage @ Dec 14 2009, 10:15 PM) Yes, the lonely tray is mine i will... come on... Sorry for no update, I am having compatibility issue with the Apogee XT. Its blocked by a row of capacitors on the mobo. If any of you is willing to trade your GTZ with my brand spanking new XT, I am more than willing to do it. |

QUOTE(kevink82 @ Dec 20 2009, 03:12 PM) would be sweet, can u actually fit 2 radiator on the bottom? ill definitely switch to tj-07 if its possible since im thinkin dual loop.... by modding it, surely you can fit 2 radiator at the bottom side... i also thinking like that, maybe will get the 2nd pump + another reservoir. one cpu/nb/sb/mosfet cooling sub-loop and one gpu cooling sub-loop |

QUOTE(tesla_rage @ Dec 22 2009, 11:02 PM) Quick updates! for the new problem, it's time to change the mentioned items to a better cooling solution, you can opt either to go wc or air cooling like Deepcool stuff and enzotech. Managed to properly POST with everything on, so I am pretty sure I did not short circuit anything. I jumped straight from 3.2GHz to 4.0Ghz. Result is very encouraging. Idle temp is 35C, load temp while priming is at 57C. Superb! Previously when I was on TRUE120, the temp easily rose to 70++ when on load. New problem: Chipset is running too hot!!! Another problem: Mosfet is even hotter!!!!! |

QUOTE(Moogle Stiltzkin @ Dec 25 2009, 02:05 AM) So can say that if didn't get water block for mosfet and motherboard chip, then can forget about overclock??? i don't have those chipset and mosfets wb, still can oc'ed with good temp.. Cauz i am in a similar situation :/ I only got cpu water block. Should i still attempt to oc ? even without it you can still oc ler bro, only if you have a proper cooling solution, those areas will have a better temp than nothing. |
