since he is cutting the fat, y need to add glucose for for the energy. The way I understand, eat low GI food with some good fat and lean protein. If possible try to eat very low carb with low GI before cardio. So that you burn your fat easier. Insulin spike stop/slows down fat burning

This question has been ard for quite sometime which i always end up getting the result like having bcaa half an hour before ur cardio in the morning and prevent doing exercise thats gona make u pant. Which mean... sumthing like slow jog.
But why do we need to spend so much money on bcaa, while we can do HIIT during day time or evening time ?
So for ur answer, yes u can do it.

Here's a thought : rather than trying to take something into your body to increase your energy, take a closer look at your lifestyle and diet.
May be a cheaper option and more effective too. Unless you know why you're tired, energy drinks may not work in the long run.
Lifestyle like sleeping early, stress management, etc. Diet is more water to flush out fats, controlling fried food, controlling carbs especially sugar from eating outside, etc.

perhaps you all you need is time to build you endurance aka stamina.
Added on January 26, 2010, 11:22 pmcross training maybe? running might not be for everyone. for my case, sometimes i get a stitch pain when running. not sure whats the cause....inhaling to my diaphragm too deeply or what....

Hey hackwire, try this product called L-Carnitine. It could be found in most pharmacies. It's something like a fat burner. I've tried it and the difference when I'm taking it and when I'm not is very obvious in my cardio workouts. The energy levels are higher. It increases the metabolism of fat by transporting fat to the muscles.

QUOTE(hackwire @ Nov 25 2009, 01:29 AM) what products should be taken for increasing energy during the aerobic or cardio exercise. something that can accelerate me to do more. I was wondering if Powerbar , Accelerade and also Creatine Formula should be taken before working out. I try accelerade today and i still fail to have that energy to do more. Currently im quick out of breadth when i reach my limit in running. I need to burn more fats during my jog to burn more fats. If you want to burn fats you shouldn't take anything at all before running. Energy drinks and all is just for runners to achieve the runner's high no more no less. It is because the real runners never had much body fats in the first place. If you are out of breath, do you feel like vomit or dizzy when you stop? If it is not than you can push yourself further it is just the brain thing and taking anything won't helps.
