QUOTE(blitzboy @ Dec 8 2009, 08:08 PM) I may have kept our local lizards and biawak before, when I was young. I caught them by chance, some from my school field area, and some from the bushes near my previous house. Hi Chia, good to know. And I rest my case. For leopard geckos I am just getting started. The reptiles you may have caught in the past were: 1. Calotes versicolor 2. Varanus salvator salvator Be merry. Regards |

QUOTE(soulstayer @ Dec 9 2009, 10:50 AM) Not otai la. If not aku dah breed komodo dragon and sell bulk...to Perhilitan LOL!Anyway I said garden fence lizards (Calotes versicolor) because they are the most common agamids you would find and water monitors (Varanus salvator salvator) are the most common varanids among the 4 available Varanus sp. in Malaysia. The environment described by Chiah didn't seem to jive with the rest as they usually require more specialized habitats to thrive. And some maybe based on localities. Thus my comments on the matter. And Calotes sp. makes a fine meal for most varanids. I sh1t you not. You can try afterwards |

That would be the normal setup for all Leo's, plus a water dish and also its shelter.. Since ur having a pair in the tank, make sure there is sufficient mealworms for both of Leo's. I could say crickets is not a staple food for them and u might give them once or twice a week.. It could be a good exercise for them catching the crickets.. Then again, mealworms and supers are just fine for them to have sufficient meal.. QUOTE(ficktif @ Dec 9 2009, 11:41 AM) I think that is a specimen from Ghoulish Geckos right Matt? If u notice, they always name all their Leopard Gecko..Hope Azazel wont get that sort of idea..Mampus beb.. Imagine naming a female Raptor Aminah |
