Since we got single entrance to MT, we should write up to SD asking for fencing. Good if we can get few more MT purchaser

Thanks for the insight..Maybe 'begging' from them wont work.Maybe we should try other method/approach..Im thinking of getting nasty with the Press if they continue to act this way  . Hurt them where it hurt the most..the 'pocket'..If we have strong RA we can do this..Im sure they dont want bad image of their own township. ..

Regarding the fencing, if Im not mistaken, if we can get 85% consensus of it, developer cant deny us. We should get current and future owner to sit down and plan the next action. The more the stronger..

p/s: I saw in news that KJ RA  can even blocked/delayed an approved developer project for PKNS football field beside LDP. Now become big issue (put aside the political gimmick for a while) even MB are force to give statement on that now. But have to admit KJ people are old/matured resident who have live long enough to have a very strong RA. Nevertheless thats my point. Bro RFM, since you are the current residents, maybe you can propose in the next DARA meeting to include future owner like us. Verification can be thru SnP,booking slip..etc. Im very interested to join. We should bombard SD office with all request for better facilities/security.

I'm very much in favor what you are proposing. IF we have enough Residents that are 'Gung-Ho' for it...we can arrange for a single vendor that can cater for each of the phase. Need not necessarily be gated - If we have a good security phase plan, it can be done without perimeter fencing as well.....

yup..$$$$$...but with strong RA this wont be an issue. my phase got 104 unit. If RM150 per month also its already 15K++. enough for 4-5 good quality guards around the clock. One time collection to install security system..

The occupancy rate I would say normal..Took almost a year for my current property to be fully occupied. I move 4 months after VP..also got theft cases and such (24hrs security Condo mind u..   ). But now improve already after JMB took over. So I guess one year after VP, then only we can start see the 'real owner' which is more committed. By the way Im not a flipper...
