What is the capacity shown by A200? I mean quantity of photos u can shoot with RAW+JPG ? ON my A200, a blank 8GB card is about 400. So for 16GB, it should be around 800pcs?

So my guess with the A200 limitation at 8GB is true?
This might the cause that 8GB 133x is so slow on A200. while the speed is rather acceptable on my CF card reader.

i wish to try mine with cable.. it suppose to show 7.45GiB if the limit is 8000000000 byte

yes.. mine display at ~500 for RAW.. so 16GB is 1000

no need apacer ma, i bought mine for RM13 from lowyat. also around that speed for my Kingston 8Gb 133x
*
I also got a cap ayam card reader that is quite fast. I got about 22-23MB/s for reading the Kingston 8GB 133x. HOw about the write speed?
I do a few test . mine can reach 5MB/s if writing multi flies like photos. if writing a single huge file, it might be faster.

Currently i found a dot in my view finder there.. What i should do for the next? Blower can be fix it up? =.="
*
U can try to blow it / wipe it if that dot is outside of your camera body.
If that is inside the viewfinder, forget about the dot if it's not appearing on your photos.

SP 90 Macro f2.8 can be a perfect quality portrait lens or not versus 24-70 f2.8? will SP 90 f2.8 macro have great resell value compare to 24-70 f2.8?
*
SP90 is a good lens for Macro. And have the capabilities to be a portrait lens. the image can be very sharp till u can see all the bulu. however it's slow, due to it long focus throw.

U r going to lose some moment if u use it for event. Unless u r good in manual focus.

lwliam, i dunno much, but i keep hearing from friend who attend the flash workshop (kuching members), they say they teach more bout 'direct flash uses' then playing around with WL + commander, as not everyone owns 700850900, thus, they teach very basic flash. which my friend quote "its useless" and quote " i(me) teach more WL flashing" which i disagree, i am noob in WL flash. tongue.gif

how bout the kl member who attended the flash workshop? do they teaches a lot?
*
It;s a Basic Flash workshop for beginner. It's subjective, the workshop might be useless for you, that had been shooting for quite sometime, but it maybe useful for newbies.

First, - Is your monitor calibrated?
-You print yourself or you send to shop to print?
-If send to shop, did you ask the shop not to change your photo ie not to adjust any contrast / brightness?
-If you print yourself, are u using the correct paper profile for the printer?

Normally the printing shop tends to change the brightness of the photos. During the films day, i tried to print some photos to test the color, in the same shop, printed on different day, will give you different color.

Those shop who do printing for Convocation / portrait albums / studio shoot normally will get their color right. Normally the color different is when the person who operate the printer change your contrast/brightness.

Guys. Wan to ask a question.
Can I assume that by using a zoom lens, When we zoom in and focus, and then zoom out it would stay in focus. Or this is only true to certain lens?

I heard some one say they do manual focusing using this method.
Few weeks ago I found out it;s not the case on my company Leica microscope. and now I found my lens also not work like this.

hkhk: Some lenses change focus distance when you change focal length - they are called vari-focal lenses. However I find the Sony 18-70mm F3.5-5.6 DT to maintain focus - in fact, if you zoomed to 70mm and focused, then turned to 18mm, the focus would just be much, much sharper.
*
Thanks Albnok.

looks like the cz1680 is vari-focal. Thats why it's well known for back focus at wide angle. But sharp when zoom in.

Any user have this issue at wide end? Did Sony able to resolve this?
