42AM = guide number 42m
58AM = guide number 58m

Sony Flash definition: at ISO100, zoom to 105mm
Guide number = Distance x Aperture

Distance = GN / Aperture

For example. When u using aperture F4, at ISO100, and the lens & flash zoom to 105mm (35mm equiv.)
The distance that the light from
-42AM can reach is 42/4 = 10.5m
-58AM is 58/4 = 14.5m

I removed dust on my A200 focusing screen following the instruction from this website. Do at your own risk.

For porkchop fren's photo, I think maybe it was taken like that because of the focusing mark at that position. He try to put the focusing point at the person eye and snap without recomposing.

albnok : I clean my Focusing screen only. coz i saw dust in when i do shooting. Dust on viewfinder should not appear as it;s not in the focus. So.. I din remove the viewfiender..

seem like the CZ color quite saturated.
I felt that if the PIC saturated but underexposed, it;s some how very hard to edit...

veron-7, very nice shots.....share more on achew bokeh's factory....

also wanna ask some bro's here, notice veron's pic some of the pics is having a mini star flare (coming from the street lamp in pic 2) how to make it look more star-ish?
*
Smaller aperture (big number) for starry flare
Big aperture (small number) for bokeh

u can only choose either one.

Email them this complain and suggestion.
registration system at other country seem like they have the model number ready. they just select in the radio box.

They should improve the system
