actually my mp04 got little painting peel off at middle of his left leg (where there is a plastic snap to hold his trailer in truck mode)

The story begin like this, after i transform him in truck mode + trailer, then put 2 leader figure on top of the trailer for 2 days, mayb they are too heavy, after i convert back him to robot mode, the plastic snap already snap deep into his left leg, and the painting chip after i rotate the snap =.=

so lesson from this, dont put anything above mp04 trailer =.=
now need to buy blue marker to paint it abit XD

It's 2500 as usual..dunno why V36 was scrapped after 2200+ posts

this is still ok. last time one thread only last for 2 days.

the blue part of MP01/04 legs are diecast. if u're not carefull enough while transforming it, u'll suffer paintchip. same as the body.

That photo still havent show any paint chip, just circle the plastic snap that i mean, his paint chip is on left leg. The snap need to be in middle of both leg in order to act as a holder for trailer.

the problem is not transformation, is bcoz i put 2 leaders figure above the trailer when he is in truck mode

Hehe, nice way of seeing things, i think id consider myself SOMEWHAT of an old collector,.. But i think it only pisses of SOME of the old collectors,.. read on...

Reissues frankly makes me happy!! Its a fair chance for EVERYONE who is PASSIONATE about this fandom. Even for ME myself, reissues gives me a chance to own whatever that i wanted, but was not attainable...

And reissues also does one other thing in particular (which i find very exciting and ausing), it flushes out the prouds, and the snots from the community who think they're all high and mighty, by shooting down the reissues and everything that revolves around it, including price. I mean lol seriously? Dont get your panties up in a bunch just because the corporation that YOU'RE buying the toys from are deciding to make another run,.. Im not sayin names, but i've seen some of these type ard... lol

Its just unfortunate, that the quality is degraded [case:Bruticus, taktom mp02 etc], BUT FOR SOME, the quality remains the same [case: ths02, encore g1 prime etc]


I dont really give too hoots if its a reissue or not, if i have it, then good! If i dont, then i'll see if the quality [increase, decrease or constant] fits the price of the reissue, or if i should just pay a lil more for a first issue, like orestes said,... Demands, and affordability...

wahhh.. polis collection not bad... and at 1st i thought you only collect new modernize tf... hehehhee...

btw... why sunny why???? the dragon meg is the best looking beast meg ever.... though the robot mode sucks.... i missed my chance to get the red optimus optimal to pair wit it... but well, ori color also can laa....

not just meaningful but also have sentimental value. that's the best thing about G1 toys. it may not have the best design and articulation but it is one of the most complete series ever produced.
