James ar? He's quite friendly, cod-ed with him a couple of times. They're not rude actually, they're just "malas nak layan if you tak beli benda mahal". I've got that treatment even though i've already spent a few thousands with them is a short space of time
I talked to them before.. N recently got my buster prime from them. They are nice so far. Whenever I call for questioning arriving time, they always answer to me politely so far.
Some1 blacklisted them here.. But anyway, I dont care how's their war against the competitors. As long as I got my toys in time n nearby my place. Easy to preorder too.

Just asking, have anybody had bad experience with Toyworkers before? It seems that they are a pretty sombong bunch of people, to me at least. I used to buy loads of SW stuffs from them, amounting to a few thousand ringgit. You'd expect them to treat you like a loyal customer with that amount of purchases, but noooooooo, my SMS hardly ever jawab, calls sometimes never pick up and they never call you back. And if i need them to cod when im too busy to head to subang, if the total is less than RM150 or so, SMS confirm tak nak jawab punya! Have anybody kena the same treatment before?
And I buy very few from them only. some less than 150 some more, not more than 3 items this year. They replied my sms, and also calls.. talk politely. sms is short n straight forward. I prefer the fat guy. Thin guy I donno cause i saw the fat guys more often than the other.
Maybe is after the boycott incident that's y they are acting good?
souls toys at genting klang always sms me when they have new stock. But it's always 1 day late than TWorkers. I found their toys are slightly more expensive n cant be pre order. Correct me if im wrong. This place is far from my house. So I rarely shop there.
