Football is of course a local sports. I like play football too with my brother in the wide green field, the smell of the grass, the air, the trees, the skies....its real football i guess with massive green field.

Behind this leisure activities, its a sports, behind this sport theres a game, behind this games theres a match, behind this match theres a competition and prizes. Behind this prizes theres a industry...a sport industries. Unlike Malaysia, these sports industries had evolved far many decades in comparison. Its goes as further to advertisements campaign, sports products from clothing, gears to food/drinks, sponsorships, contract, infrastrusture, media campaign, taxation, mercahndizing and in 1990s Britain had strategically went on robustly in their sports global marketing in brainwashing kids into the idolistism of their footbal merchandizing and products.

Well, their plan succeed. Look in Malaysia. How many are proud wearing foreign footbal jersey clubs? sadly, some even fight amongst each other due to issues of foreign footbal clubs and funnily they're not even on the so-called 'home ground' and never been there in worst case.

If foreigners like Malaysian wearing their footbal jersey clubs there in Britain say for example, do you think they wil be accepted by local Brits? One thing for sure is that they will get free-cursing by Brits like " Go home !" "What u idiots doing wearing our jersey?!", especially by hooligans or even kids.
I dare you try it in the mid of real football environment in Britain. Do you think they will perceive in this manner..." Ha? you're from Malaysia? You know our Club? Oh...surprise...come, lets watch footbal together...welcome to Britain..." Ha ha ha...you are joker then. Either you ll get this " WTF you're doin with this jersey you F**KING SH*T ! !!! Take it off !!! Go home!!!" or you'll get a bottle smash on yer head from somewhere!

You know something, its so sad even, when theres a match between say Malaysia and brit footbal club , some malaysian even proud in wearing a jersey of that brit club...????? Mannn...its so phatetic! These people knew nothing I supposed! Worst than a cultural shock syndrome!

To the eyes of themselves of wearing foreign football jersey /products, they look or seem proud, even patch stickers to their cars!

To the foreigners themsleves seeing people not from ther home-ground worst from other countries wearing their footbal jersey and being unnecessaryly proud, they will only see these people as fools.

SO, IF YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE WISH TO GO ALL OUT ON ANY FOREIGN FOOTBALL PRODUCTS AND PROUD OF THEM , BE CAREFUL ...

AS YOU WOULD PROBABLY BEING LAUGH AS FOOLY PROUD ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE IN KL

NO OFFENCE!

you're a moron. these big clubs has fans all over the world. not just Malaysia. what does that make them? they too get bashed if they go to UK? i'd support local clubs too if they'd up their standards. problem is, the local games arent as interesting to watch compared to premier league games.

you're a friggin moron.

is an englishman managing the england national team?
while a real englishman is managing the thai team instead.

the top 4 premier league teams also dont have english managers.
heck, the last english manager to win the premier league / 1st division was howard kendall way way back in 1987.

likewise, all the africans, spanish, french, italian playing in the english league are also not welcomed? same with the other leagues around?

anyway what are u wearing right now? nike? levis? oakleys? puma?
why dont u wear asadi? uhh what else are local ripoff brands?
sp stop being a fool yourself.

Well, you're entitled to voice your dis-satisfaction... For me, I don't really like the design of our jersey. I wouldn't wear a jersey promoting "TM". However, I think you're over-exaggerated on the part about those brits gonna jeer at you for wearing their jersey. And one more thing, I think Arsenal has the best designed jersey. user posted image

boys, why are you being so mad?
didnt you get what i'm saying here

its the ATTITUDE

cant you distinguish between business essence in sport industries and negative attitude.? its two seperate platform shall you wish to take them as an argument.

by its basis and ground, you all failed and lost

i would also wish to advice you boys to stop cursing nor call bad other people shall you lost nor lost any arguments (tho i open these as discussion, didnt u get it...i doubt!)

typical loser will pursue with personal attacks...(like what am wearing...bla bla bla)

as fer yer info, i'm always wear 'seliper jepun' RM2.99 local products obtainable at carefour, i wearing batek sarong with no panties to KLCC, but i need to wear a pair of bra which have steel support as my breast is still growing ( is that answering your queries?)

C'mon boys. take it positively alright.

else, you might just upgraded yourself to fooly proud for being self-moron (not for nothing as in the title)

Sorry, but based on my obviously inferior level of understanding in the English language compared to yours, I'm guessing what you're trying to say here is that as foreigners we have no right to support clubs that are miles away?

Your username suits you well my friend.

alrite, first thing first, being a malaysian doesnt force u to support malaysian football. When u wear a Manchester United jersey in a game in Old Trafford, they will not say "Go home la", instead, they would be proud they have fans all over the world.

Let me ask u another question. Do you know who is Kobe Bryant? Do u know who is Lebron James?
Do u know any of the Malaysian basketball team player?

and OMG

the writter starts the essay with a gentle introduction of how sweet football is. About how she enjoys football with her brother.

Then she starts persuading by giving the conspiracy behind football. The advertisements. Then she compares the football industries in malaysia and britain. She states that football industsry in britain is all about advertisement campaigns. not only using the popularity of football in britain but ABUSING it.

Then she continues by stating we shouldnt be wearing foreign football jerseys. She say, when we wear football jerseys of clubs rather than Malaysian, the foreigners will tease us with " Go home la, why wearing OUR jersey". She say malaysian are expecting warm welcome but facts are they will not.

Then she states that when theres a match among a foreign club and malaysia club, there will be some malayasian that supports the opposite team which is very "phatetic".

Then she beat around the bush just to say how we will be treated like fools by wearing foreign club jerseys.

At the end she states that, if u are in KL, u will be laughed as a fool for supporting foreign clubs.

-im sorry, thats the best extract i could get from her wonderful essay. My "malaysia-english" is not at the stage of hers at the moment.-

btw, i assume the writter is a girl as she mentioned about wearing bra to support her breast that is growing. And not wearing panties.

i do assume that she will not wear bra when she is 18 coz its "fully developed" already
