recently my ATM Card was retained by ATM Machine.
When i tried to get replacement card from RHB, I was also been advised that RHB no longer printing any ATM Card. So RHB staff said if you want ATM Card you wait la... else get debit card which they can issue immediate. I refused the offer and complaint to RHB call center after that.
The call center don't even know there is such Basic saving option 1 free with ATM Card. I even took an hour to explain to the staff, manager in the call center. really wasting my time and they still dont trust me.
I think BNM shall take action on this. But after i complaint with BNM. they replied email saying I should deal with RHB first.
So i tried to call RHB again finally got an ATM card. I dont know how they find a card for me. anyway, if ATM "eat" my card again... the staff said.. they cannot guarentee can find another replacement card. I am just so angry with the bank on this matter.
So i hope each of you also complaint such case to BNM when you face this problem. Else i think other banks will follow this bank steps.
