today went to open new basic saving account with option 1. ( used for e-banking only)
but rhb staff told that no more normal ATM!?..must take debit card which cost rm20 annually...

if like that y website and brochure info shown that option 1 for free ATM fee.,..

felt like cheated by RHB staf!?

if yes..next week go to CLOSE account..useless...

I think they all say the same thing now. My friends experienced the same thing too and have to pay RM20/pa for the debit card
