Hey all, I'm planning to start 'work out' but know shit about this. any advise on the schedule, and meal supplement? what is set and reps? if you guys any informational link that I could watch and learn, that would be nice, (ie, how to do squat properly). dude, i suggest u go and readout member's and workout journals. there's tons of info u might get before starting out. and pls closed ur thread before 'they' come in and bashed u, seriously. cheers

Now you scare the hell out of me lol I'm just asking for advice. Well please comments on my current diet. 7am - coklat kismis bread with soya bean 9am - oat crunch biscuit. (it's yummy  ) 1pm- rice with chicken, and vege 3pm - oat crunch biscuit:D 9pm - fried rice with telor dada/ fried mee with telor dada >_<

Bodybuilding is a sport that require dedication, persistence and money. Identify why u want to start working out first. The "why" is more important than the "how".. because progress can be slow and u can feel demotivated if u dont stay focus on what u want.
Go bodybuilding.com article section. Lots of info there. But u need to take em with a pinch of salt. Go read some of our members' workout journal for some inspiration and tips.
