Hey all, I'm planning to start 'work out' but know shit about this. any advise on the schedule, and meal supplement? what is set and reps? if you guys any informational link that I could watch and learn, that would be nice, (ie, how to do squat properly). Now you scare the hell out of me lol I'm just asking for advice. Well please comments on my current diet. 7am - coklat kismis bread with soya bean 9am - oat crunch biscuit. (it's yummy  ) 1pm- rice with chicken, and vege 3pm - oat crunch biscuit:D 9pm - fried rice with telor dada/ fried mee with telor dada >_<
