I got quotations for 3 tint solutions:
3M night vision 15: RM26 per sqft
Arcarco HDC15c: RM13 per sqft
Sun Master Silver Bronze 3510i: RM7

Warrant for them are 10, 8 and 5 years respectively. I am negotiate for some discount as my total window is 1750 sqft!

The 3M and Sun Master are Us made. Arcaco is China made but with same specs as 3M.

Yup. A bit crazy. I will likely look for RM7 or so per sqft film. Problem is I want Total Solar Energy Rejection at least 70% plus and yet non reflective i.e. non metal content film ... this is hard to find.

We already have curtains despite some are ugly looking 🤣 but the house and curtains are new and unoccupied

It just nice to have ... Double glazed low e glass will reduce noise and heat as well. But it averages close to RM100 per sqft. Nope I don't print money and there is no more 1MDB fund around anymore🤣

Back to window tinting I will visit homedec in two weeks to see got any that's around 4-7RM that can meet my requirements. Non reflective type likely yes but I don't like the mirror look of the house at day time and at night you can't see outside at all

Lol. When I was renovating my current house. I seriously considering beautiful build in fridge. Was very close to do it. Instead I opt for a much bigger fridge. Thank God as now I can move this to the new house.

BTW my current kitchen was really go quite far out: Silestone counter top; Spanish imported ceramic floor tiles, cabinets by Signature Kitchen equipped with bells and whistles; ubiq light sockets beside kitchen island; Philip led pendant lights etc etc
So don't ever say it ain't gonna happen ... Sometimes dream does come true especially when you got a good bonus 😂
