sometimes connected to Streamyx but there is no internet, have to reconnect.

My 1Mb Package from Steamyx today suddenly become Mad.

sane here, but speed is good.

My connection always got cut-off ...call and complained, then my line would be normal & up again...but everyday must got cut-off at least an hour...wonder why...

Speed for now is ok, depends with IPs though...124 is the best far for me, the others just way sux (i'm in Kuching,SWK btw)...

a hint to you guys ---

if ever your 1Mb package gives you that speed, DO NOT LOG OFF !!!

Stay on THAT line as long as you can, because once you log off and reconnect, you will be back with the less than 1 Mbps speed !!!

If you are to dl from RS (let's say you do not have RS premium package) and there has a 15 minute waiting period ...

Here's how you do ...

Go to http://tools.rosinstrument.com/proxy/ or any other places where they have FRESH anon proxy listing, test out some of those links

Then (assuming you have multiple browsers like IE / FF / GC / OP / SF) customize one (or two) of the browsers using those (different) proxies

When dl #1 from RS about to end, start up the dl #2 on proxy A; When dl #2 about to end, start up the dl #3 on proxy B; ... and so on, then back to the non-proxified (streamyx) browser to dl

I test 2 machines (on different streamyx lines) the other day. One with RS Premium and the other without. Both dl almost the same amount !

I guessed u speak a bit too fast. Speed in Ipoh was back to normal this morning but since around 10.41 am back to crawling speed like
yesterday!!!!

However HF is still ok like yesterday.

Hope they will fix the Northern Region prob ASAP. Last week almost 2 days cannot even log on.

Anyone from Puchong?
Unable to connect to streamyx for the past 2 days even though DSL light is not blinking.

I'm in Ipoh, like I mentioned above last week from Fri nite to Sunday afternoon, I can't logged in to
Streamyx.
And yes, my DSL is NOT blinking also.

So I think you should call 100 if still cannot tomorrow since mine came back in 2 days n
they is some prob in the nortern region, but Puchong is not in the North.

RS not slow but ... cant download ... server cant connect ... aiya TM!!!!!!!!!!!

eh its the same for me too in Taiping, since last 2 days, speed was at normal speed when i go home from work till around 10pm when the speed drop so low, then after 1am the speed is back again and even my online game dont lag at all. Before 10pm althought the speed is ok but online game stilll lag.

so basically i dont really know why at different times the condition is not same z.z
