Come on, how many years has TM offered ADSL to consumers?

Till today they have not even gotten a solid grip on the technology and it's already about to phase out.

Hardly a regional telco.

I wish I could be the TM head Network Expert, but quite busy with other jobs and business... brows.gif

Don't compare with rich country located at Europe (Which country don't lay and or have any outstanding with World Bank), compare Malaysia with Japan and Korea.

If my maths doesn't fail, I saw a signboard for 10 mbps in Bangkok for rm 144(rounded up). 10 times the speed for double our price.

Once, my whole connection down for 2 hours. I tried calling customer service and sticked my phone onto my ear for 45 minutes only to hear this message: Sorry, our customer service representatives are still busy. Please hold on.

I called them around 1 pm.

I hope to see changes after next voting. If no change and all the same, Malaysia needs a C:\ reformat. :S

For the whole week internet was down. Today finally back up. Was surprised that I got upgraded to 2mbps from 1.5mbps. Was complaining like hell after they upgrade the port hardware and cap me wrongly below 56kbps for a week.
