MYNAMEISJASON - which proves what? That his major high latency is a game breaker? From what i see from his score the latency is not an issue.

Look at the other team's latencies, bro.
And yes, it's a game breaker. I'm sorry if my standards are high because I've been playing CoD4 on BVPN/Fragnetics and various other FPSes with sub-100ms pings for more than a decade on dedicated servers and the average latencies through matchmaking completely ruin the game for me.
