As you level up, you can learn the next level of a Skill that you already have.

E.g. say you learned "Aimed Shot" from the trainer, that's Rank 1. A few more levels up, the next level of "Aimed Shot" is available i.e. Rank 2.

You're going to have to spend a few days or a week reading up on the gameplay. That's how it's like when playing WoW. Never-ending reading up.

I buy it? u sure...ok...
thanx for the info.

Be warned though. Some Abilities/Skills are only available when you put in a Talent Point.

So, changing your Talent Build Spec may be more expensive if you have more Talent Skills to train from the trainer. Or it may be cheaper if you decided not to go for it.

How much? We're looking at around 10-30g for each Talent Build change. This amount can be peanuts when you're already into BC but if you've only reach 60, it may be expensive for you.

i think it's not from Blizzard's site but WoWCensus.com. But even then, it's not necessarily the most accurate of information.

I'm assuming you're Alliance? Silvermoon City is a Horde city so only way in is to stealth. Good luck though. If the guards have blue rings on top of their heads, they can see through stealth. But no harm trying except that you might die. brows.gif

To get there, you'll need to go through Eastern Plaguelands and run north towards Ghostlands. Silvermoon City is somewhere up north.

Or play horde I guess. There should be a goblin ride from Trisfidal Glades, where Undercity is. I'm guessing anyways. Others would have to confirm for you.

Could have been worst. I could have ask him to try hitching a ride from Undercity. Or just run to EPL. whistling.gif

Information is online. Time to do treasure hunting. tongue.gif

And read up. If it's something you've read and don't understand, then ask.

But if it's a question that you're asking without checking what's online, people are going to get irritated.

192.168.1.3
192.168.1.4
192.168.1.5

but did not work.
can anyone please guide me.
thanks alot.
*
psycho, did anyone get back you? strange that the guys didn't respond by me.

me, i'm sorry i can't help you out there. but you can try Gamer's Hideout forums (up one directory from this forum). those guys are into LAN games more than us. we're mostly MMO players. there's probably a few who are LAN players too, although i wouldn't know who is .

hope this helps.

hey i'm playing but i have trouble buying skills? can't buy anything.

level check, money check, list is green but can't buy. why ahh?

problem solved, hehe. 行きましょ!!!

Ok this is frustrating. I tried today and the same problem happened again. I can't buy any new skills or abilities. Ran the repair tool twice but nothing changed. Anybody has any idea how to solve this?
*
It could be that certain spells are link to talents so if you do not invest in a talent point, might not work. You can see the spell at the trainer but starting from rank 2 onwards. Rank 1 is given when you spec for it.

What spell was it you wanted to learn?

You can either spend all in 1 tree, or you can distribute the points around to form a hybrid talent spec.
*
pennywise, a note about this. AFAIK, the only talent tree where one can do this, is only those who want to play a Tree-of-Life Resto Druid.

You dump all your talent points into one tree for any other build, you may get ridiculed in-game and ridiculed pretty hard. Because it's not a common build and there may be some talents that are too useful to be passed up. You can try it out for yourself but it is going to be expensive to respec your talent tree every time.

thanks, i think i have resolved the problem now. lvl 21 and progressing slowly. i wanted to get aspect of the hawk back then. i thought i could just buy it from the class trainer.
*
Hmm... at level 21, you should already have it.

At the trainer, the spells are color coded :

Green : Available to learn
Red : Not available to learn because of talent or level required. It doesn't change color if you're short of cash
Grey : Already known

When you have learnt it, it should appear in your spellbook. Did you check the 3 tabs?

The only other thing that I could think of was that if you're color blind that you can't see the green and red colors? Don't be offended by the question though. tongue.gif

Or you're not standing near enough to the NPC to get the Training Window to call out. Blizz change the mouseover icons when hovering over an NPC. If the icon is grey, you just need to stand nearer. If it's yellow, you're close enough and the Training Window should call up.

Generally, what I do is just read tips from wowinsider.com and a few WoW blogs for new links, etc.

WoW is a game that a player has to spend a lot of time to read, read, read, read and more reading.

It's also a place where a lot of discussion takes place. So, things will get very feisty indeed. Taunts and insults are traded a lot as well. smile.gif Not always accepted of course but not easy to control either.

Blizz is one of the few MMO sites with updated fansite links or forums links. Have a read. It will probably answer a lot of the questions that you're currently asking.

Only problem is finding the time to read. >.<

The battlechest also comes with some guides but in all honesty, you probably wouldn't refer to them ever again. But it's a way to get the GameKey to get your WoW Account registered. Plus, having the discs in case you ever had to reformat your harddisk.

Although I do notice that the Battlechest are DVD versions. Not sure about the separate box versions : used to be CD-ROM versions.

But can i do like, get WoW 1st, level up to 60 then only get TBC? it wont affect my gaming experience while in WoW rite?
Some things will be limited :

-You cannot play Dranei or Blood Elf but you can see them.
-You cannot goto the Dranei or Blood Elf starting area at all.
-You cannot pick up Jewelcrafting as a profession.
-You cannot go to Outlands.

What you can do :
-Equip weapons that are BoE even if they come from Outlands.

What I'm not sure :
-Play Eye of the Storm.
-Level past 60 with leftover quests from Silithus. I think you can but not sure.

QUOTE(mugenz @ Jan 14 2008, 12:07 PM)
if can, then all i need to do is get a starter pack which alot me to play 30 days 1st? or i need to get starter pack + 60day time card in order to play?
*
Starter pack comes with 1 month free gameplay. After that, you can buy the 60day time card. But you would still need a credit card to register, methinks.

First time I've seen someone look for Jas. Not sure whether that is a good idea or not.

Jubei'thos is the name of the server.

With TBC : You have access to 2 new races - Blood Elf (BE)on Horde, Draenei on Alliance.

Without TBC : You don't have access to those races and you cannot enter their starting area either.

My take : Get TBC. I like the BE and Draenei starting areas. Unless you're hoping for the prices to go down. May only go down when WoTLK is out (if it's like the time when TBC came out).
