Most of us play on the Oceanic Servers (Sydney, Australia time GMT +10. We are GMT +8) although some still play on the US Servers.

Both Oceanic and US servers are the US version of the game. Some play the Taiwan version and some also play the EU version.

nope, no more lag. Usually when AT lags, Blizz will open up transfers after 2-3 weeks. After that, no more except maybe 30-40 ppl on Sunday afternoon.

Recount runs quite smoothly in 5mans and it's a good meter to use in it's current version.

1.5K DPS is a good figure to start off with. The sooner the bosses + adds goes down, the better. Less chances of healing problems i.e. healer runs out of mana.

Oh about the hit cap thing, it's a general rule but for some classes + talents, there might not be a cap from gear. Maybe....
