I guess now and most likely, is to challenge whether Liverpool will be qualified for next UCL...It is such an eye sore really, but things like this could happen sometime. You don't really expect to win every game playing at home, sometimes you draw.

It was not a professional dive. He should take lessons from Rooney or Gerard.
It's kinda creepy to say that it was not a professional dive and the referee knew about it already gave Ngog a yellow card, yet Liverpool still manage to secure a penalty...I don't wanna talk about it further.
Don't know if Liverpool would consider Roman Pavlyuchenko. I have high regards on this guy and I definitely don't want to see him playing with villains again. Price tag = 13 - 15 million pounds. That will solve one of the offensive problems. Another one is defensive, don't know how to solve it tho.
I don't think midfield is the mess, is pretty simple analysis for Liverpool actually. If the team goal scoring is less, then problem is on the offensive side. If the team always conceding goals, that means lack of defense. If the team has a very bad possession, that will be the problem in midfield. Torres alone is not enough. Btw, 78% possession in Birmingham game, that's freakin alot.

Just forget about Carlton Cole. Pavlyuchenko is the one Liverpool should consider. Just look at how he scored in the FA vs MU, probably the toughest goal. FYI, MU was at their prime esp. defense that time, not many is able to crack that up...
Pavlyuchenko on the other hand is a failure, he failed for totenham, why do we need somebody that already 3rd or 4th choice striker for totenham, he cant even out do robbie keane at totenham, the one that failed 2 impress rafa n been sold back..
I don't think Pavlyuchenko is a failure maybe he just need more playing time to prove himself. And, Robbie Keane failed to impress rafa doesn't mean you have to put Pavlyuchenko on the same league. He's the main striker for Russia and helps Tottenham to improve their position last season.

Pavlyuchenko.. I'd really love to watch him play in Euro 2008. thought he can be a good partner for Torres. But watching him struggling to adapt with English football really disappointing me... he even complaining about English food, weather, and the lack of sun in England. If he can't make it in London, what's the chances that he'll settle in the gloomy city of Liverpool.
Food maybe, weather? I thought Russia is colder? Anyway, is sucha waste...
ok, but is it worth the risk to get him? he wont come cheap, probably around 20m or more...i definitely more than happy to see nemeth back n playing in the starting eleven..
Wow, if u rate him at 20m that means he should be worthy. If you look at the news, Tottenham bought him for somewhere around 14m only.
there's a lot like that actually. at subang square got Anfield Cafe. At Slim River in Perak got Handphone shop called Liverphone. It has a Liverpool logo that name changed from Liverpool to Liverphone. The emblem changed from a bird to a phone. and best thing is the slogan. From 'You'll never walk alone' to 'You'll never phone alone'.
I thought it sound more rhyme with "You'll never talk alone"
What a sorry excuse to move away from Inter. Exactly, even the Eduado fiasco earlier only warrant 1 day of our local Sun. Our Ngog made the sports headlines for 3 days straight.
Won appeal. You are an arsenal fans, you should know better, no?
I mentioned there "i think"...But I wouldn't care less about Eduardo dive, we're on a winning situation anyway. Ngog too escape punishment i think, no?
hey my first post around here. didnt know there was such a crowd of liverpool supporters on LYN. woots, go liverpool! althou things are pretty much against us right now, hopefully everything will go right soon enough.
Btw, Liverpool could have save 5mils to bring in Pav and do loan for Eljero instead.

Yes. Eduardo's case was actually being headlined more than ngog's case. Plus, it has involved UEFA which could have ended with bans if it was not appealed.
I second that.

Torres won't leave Liverpool for sure...He's currently enjoying some kind of cult status over there. Not much player achieved this kind of treatment in EPL, this is something that money can't buy.
It's a stupid point though, from a team of Invincibles they slumped into a team that has never won a silverware for 5 seasons. This season they seem to be mounting a serious challenge (Jury's still out for this one, they lost to Utd & City and yet to face us & Chelsea.) but they had to fork out for Arshavin (No doubt it's a good deal, but Arshavin is worth a lot more than what they paid. Ask any Gunner that had Arshavin cost more than 20mil, would they be willing to fork out for him?) and Vermaelen. Both made a difference didn't they?
Im speechless...I don't know if you want to justify Liverpool's performance, rafa or the money spent. But to be frank, Liverpool is the 2nd team I liked ok, but it's also the most eye-soring.
I really dont understand why rafa wont bring Aquaman in.. he looks really dissapointed ... he's good imo .. maybe rafa didnt watch his skills in youtube yet..
Well, at least I watched the highlights and I think Liverpool played pretty well. Arsenal played like sh*t yesterday, and some fans even put blamed on a player who didn't have anything to do with it. About Aquaman, maybe next week....
