Overclocking is not necessary must squeeze out even the tiniest drop, a slight overclock like stock 3.4GHz to 4.0GHz is also overclocking.
Even so, stability takes count, even if you hit 10.0GHz but failed stress test (the common tool prime95), still consider fail OC.

I think lots of ppl done that already and if you don't have the resources to DIY, you can pm the modders in the forum to do that for you... at a price of course... try getting a hold of APES.MY or Mod'n'Go design

Corsair is a little overpriced imo but if you like the chassis then go for it, I would hold purchases till Nov though, PC Expo is coming up and maybe can drop by the Idealtech DIY booth for good offers

+1 rubber grommets are heaven sent if you plan to show off the components in the PC but it's still optional

True, not really a fan of those perforated plexi myself, prefer to have a full window or at least a solid piece of plexi for the window

ATX - Corsair 330R maybe, slightly over budget as SRP is RM329 if i remember correctly
mATX - Bitfenix Prodigy M maybe, check it out at PC Expo this 1st ~ 3rd November @Mid Valley.
ITX - Personally will recommend the Bitfenix Prodigy. RM269.
