QUOTE(robertngo @ Dec 19 2009, 05:44 PM) Just finish watching 2001: A Space Odyssey, this have to be the most mind blowingly awesome sci fi movie of all time. especially the last act which feel like you are high on LSD. Is it an exciting movie, last time during BF sales nearly bought it but a friend of mine told me it's a bit boring and the kind of movie that you have to think a lot to enjoy it the PQ is amazing for a film made in 1968 and the 70mm film tranfer looks like it is a movie just shoot a few years ago. AQ is also nice with all the orchestral music in the movie. |

QUOTE(jack208 @ Dec 21 2009, 04:07 AM) bro, is there any difference between the UK and US ver of BDs? Not just for this Matrix set but just BDs in general? Ive'always wondered at this question Matrix US got 7 disc with tons of extras wheres UK only 3.....Other than the cover the US version usually wins, some people don't like UK version as it got nipples Correct me if I'm wrong dear sifus QUOTE(ar188 @ Dec 21 2009, 07:15 PM) cos the home version currently not using the new MVC-AVC format yet... (and no proper 3D TV/projector owners yet) so when that happens.. it'll be like comparing local cinema (which is quite fuzzy) to 1080p blu-rays on 1080p home projectors... Does this means that its not worth it to get 3D movies like Friday the 13th Part 3 (3D), thanks |

I wrote an email to amazon.com telling them that I'm willing to refund the $30.97 that they accidently credited into my CC and they replied ;
Hello, Thanks for letting us know that you have received the items. I'd like to have your permission to charge your credit card $12.99 for the order #002- . Please write back to tell us if we have your permission to do this. Please visit the following link to provide the information we requested: http://www. Of course, your card won't be charged for the shipping costs associated with the order. However, to acknowledge the trouble this matter has caused you, I've issued a promotional certificate of $5.00 to your account, which can be applied towards future purchases on Amazon.com. I understand that no promotional certificate can actually compensate for the inconvenience. Please accept it as a goodwill gesture. The balance of promotional certificate funds can't be viewed in Your Account but it will be visible during the order process. When you place a qualifying amazon.com order for the items fulfilled by Amazon.com (Please note, the promotional certificate can be applied on the Amazon.com orders only not on third party seller orders), you should see the promotional funds listed in the order cost summary that appears just before you submit your order. As long as the order qualifies, you will not need to do anything to receive the promotional discount. If you do not see the promotional discount in your order summary, please visit our help pages to read the restrictions associated with redeeming this promotional certificate: http://www. Thanks for your cooperation. We look forward to hearing from you. It is our absolute commitment to provide you the best possible customer service.
