Most of the restaurants inside the schedule are recommended to try smile.gif

3. wax museum/peak
4. the big smiling god?
5. macau (ship ticket?)
6. hotel @ macau
*
1,2,3 can get from Ding Ding Travel Agency @ MongKok
5. Book thru online or buy at the counter.
6. Try Agoda or LateStays website.

If tis is d add, is pretty to find tis building when u exit the MTR Mong Kok Station, "E1" exit, go right for Nathan,
# 经过雅兰中心和山东街,你会看到有好几家的金店, Through the Grand Tower and Shantung Street, you will see several of the Gold shop,
# 在一堆金店中间,有个大厦的进出口,CHOW TAI FOOK jewellery shop. Big one. U can just ask one of the staff n they will point to you. cos it is just a few doors away. Just print the chinese word of the building n ask them.

I recommend Madame Tussauds as the main priority (for me) as the wax museums around the world are different in one way or another. The Disneyland for me was just... so-so. Lol. Probably the main attraction would be the fireworks. Haha.

But then, any priorities? Like going around HK or something for food or what?
*
Go for food exploration lo...Or go Tung Chung for shopping.

QUOTE(phangphang @ Oct 7 2011, 03:06 PM)
Dun care la... I already prepare the $$ for all the entrance fee... Just hoping for the weather to be kind to me during my stay in HK...
*
Yea. It's still very cheap compared to seperate purchase.

hey, thanks for sharing that. so now we have got you, samlee and myself will be HK almost the same time.

now i get a good idea on how much the total entrance will be per pax, should be around RM350 for the above.

1. ship to macau agak berapa?
2. octopus card agak berapa for 6 days travel around those places?
3. for food, per day if eat in "char chan teng" or inside mall agak berap per meal?
*
1. Depending on which transport co. you wanna take
2. If you travel back to KL from HKIA, I recommend you to take the 3days pass for the last 3 days because it includes one way to Airport Express
3. One bowl of mee is around HKD15-25

may i know Ding Ding Travel website? thanks
*
Called them when you reach HK for the tickets. Or go directly to their office @ Mongkok

QUOTE(mugenz @ Oct 8 2011, 12:26 AM)
i think we pretty much interested with citygates but not NP360 lol..

But the scenery izzit really that nice? i saw the pictures of the cable car, i think i m gonna faint as i got slight scared of height.
*
Nothing to afraid even if you take the crystal cabin cause you will look directly down to ground. I think the ocean park is more scary.

Every major shopping complex sells branded goods. If want cheap, go for factory outlets smile.gif

I will be going to dai yu san (temple) then have lunch there then go to tung Chung shopping centre then followed by dinner, and then Disneyland. Do u think the time is sufficient? Really appreciate opinion from you guys who went there before.. Thanks!

And after Disneyland, if still have time then maybe can shopping at Mong Kok area,,, do they open till late nights?
*
Is this for a single day? If yes, definitely very very rush.

QUOTE(deqna @ Oct 8 2011, 08:35 PM)
Really? Feel more comfortable now, thanx for the info
*
Yea. I walked throughout my trip. Only at night took the cab to go back to hotel.

QUOTE(nabesh @ Oct 8 2011, 09:53 PM)
Hye,
I will be in HK from 22-28 oct.
I've booked a room in Champion Guest House.
The owner said the adress is 2/f,19-21 jordan road fu lok building.
I've tried searching for Fu  Lok Building in Jordan area, but there's none!
Checked with HADLA (http://www.hadla.gov.hk/en/hotels/search_g.html) , the address is the same except it is in Foremost Building instead of Fu Lok.
Anyone know bout this Champion Guest House?
And is Fu Lok = Foremost ?

Have another question :

1. Can i pay using credit card for Octopus Card, Disneyland, Madamme Tussaud, Ocean Park, Ferry to Macau and other attraction tickets?
2. If i want to buy sim card with data plan, what is the recommended brand?
3. What is the best exchange rate MYR=HKD?

Thank you smile.gif
*
That guest house is just next to Jordan station.
1. Octopus card better pay w/ cash smile.gif
2. PCCW
3. If change at HK, the rate is higher compared at KL. So if around HKD38~HKD39, just change.

Yup this will be in one day cause its all in Tung Chung...cham lor if very rush..have to rearrange my itinerary...
Definitely need to re-schedule smile.gif
normally all the shows in disneylanmd starts at what time and ends at what time? i never been there before therefore dont really wanna miss out anything  smile.gif
If you don't want to miss the shows, suggest you get there early around 8.30-9am and first thing is to take picture w/ all the the Disney characters especially Mickey&Minnie. If not, you will be queueing more that 1 hour later in the afternoon or evening. Heck, even at night also long queue. For the shows, you can refer to the schedule. Also recommended to go to the show that have lesser showtime. Those are worth watching smile.gif
its my first time goin to HK..
hmmm yea, but its all at Tung Chung area, which will be Dai Yu san + disneyland + citigate (for the end of season sales) etc....what else they have there?
NP360

I managed to cover 90% of the disneyland schedule. The other 10% foregone cause wanna play play w/ the halloween zombies tongue.gif

NP360 is the cable car. You'll be buying the tix at the counter or pre-purchase?

Your schedule looks ok but disneyland will be kinda rush if you wanted to catch their shows. Have to sacrifice some shows for other shows smile.gif

Since you'll be going to ding ding buy the disneyland, might just get the NP360 also. Cheaper yes, but also to avoid the long queue.

Wanna know how long? laugh.gif

but if for crystal one, is it worth?

OMG the queue is that long???  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif

pengsan.....
*
If this is your first time trying crystal cabin, why not? You may not be going back to NP360 in the future smile.gif

The queue was taken on Saturday. Probably weekdays will be lesser people. Pre-purchased tickets can skip the whole queue and go directly to the counter smile.gif
