It has the white box and Japanese manuals.

VMU and Puru puru Pack are loose. It was bundled together when I bought the console from Japanese ebay Store.

CR2032 are new Maxell batteries bought at Jusco Camera shop....

Hmmm most of my titles are from Capcom, SNK and Sega.

Do they have obi/spine cards?

Ahh... the spine cards. I'm not sure, I used to keep them in the CD case.
As for my accessories like the lightgun, I dont have the box anymore.

From the top of my head the popular titles are:

I think the modding could cost more than getting just the cables themselves

That's some neat modding, but not quite useful since DC was ahead of its time and can output those initially. If can find a RGB modded NES I would drool
