QUOTE(SandStoneWater @ Jan 6 2010, 10:23 AM) QUOTE(plugtop @ Jan 6 2010, 02:21 PM) hi all proud owners of 1019s...i'm gonna be joining the list very very soon...just wondering if you guys can help me...i need to know the exact size of this AVR...Height & the width across...is the dimension given in the catalog i.e. 158.5mm (H) x 420mm (W) accurate? on the heights, at bottom of the AVR, there's 4-round support. not sure if the 158.5mm height includes this support or not. i'm seeking this info cos need to provide the furniture guy the exact dimension for the TV panel. anyone can help just run a measuring tape & check for me the dimension will be greatly appreciated. btw, how's the setting up of this baby? difficult? i have no idea whatsoever how to set up... lastly, what sub you guys pairing with this AVR? i'm planning to use Velo 10". OK or not? thanks aplenty! tambahan: already email & pm CT Seong...hopefully can get reply soon. previously best price i got RM2800. if RM2300 no need think liao. OK or not? thanks aplenty! the dimension given in the catalog is correct, and yes its measured with the base support as well. setting up is a breeze wit 1019, i love the GUI interface in it compared to other AVR's, it's pretty easy, got to play around a bit if you're first timer (like me And yes i paired with Velo impact 10.....match made in heaven going to watch Dark Knight later in the evening.... cheers This post has been edited by SandStoneWater: Jan 7 2010, 04:08 PM |

Although I'm not user of the 1019, but I guess you need to give a sufficient space above the AVR for the cooling purpose. My 919 run quite hot and it don't have cooling fan. yea...i'm aware of that fact...most AVR runs pretty hot after a while...that's why the AVR will be placed on top of the table...so that ventilation is there...the dimension is required for the opening towards the back of the AVR where all cables will be connected to AVR. about 1inch of the AVR (back) will be slot in this pre-made opening so that all cables are hidden...and no dust will be collected by these cables |
