Aego M produces more mids IMO

What about Edifier R1900T3 over Creative T20?

Perhaps you needa pair the S730 with a good SC..
I think that will solve the problem..
I met the prob with my Edifier R1900T3 too.
I changed my SC then no prob d..

as in those can directly put a ipod one?

Maybe you can try some Edifier ones..I saw they have it..
or if you don't really care about like having a 'seat' for your ipod,perhaps you can try Aego M and Edifier S530D..
I think those two speakers fit your budget..

Yea.VS4121 indeed has stronger bass than C3..
Probably till then opt for upgrade..haha..

Perhaps can consider Edifier S530D or Aego M and spend the rest for cables and SC..
Asus Xonar and Audiotrak..Or even Onkyo..
It all depends..
Xonar has the a very high c/p ratio..
Audiotrak more on music..
Onkyo is a premium soundcard..

Perhaps a Creative T20 can do the job well.

Hmm,if you are saying T3 is ok,then the HK SS2 would be not pricey.
Maybe you should tell us how loud you want them to be?

Erm,I don't have camera now.
Even though I wanted to sell it quick to get another one.
But if couldn't make it quick,then I will not sell it.
R1900T3 could be very loud and would not distort.
Mine..visually speaking got a little defect,the wood grill is a little broken for Right Speaker.
But the sound is great,especially it is a special one.

Indeed,Edifier is China brand but it is engineered in Canada.
It's actually easy to find Edifier speakers review.

Because it has quality and affordable.
Just look over the price of the ones you saw,Creative T3,compared to those in Edifier.
You have wider range of selection in Edifier I'd say.
One more,S2000 IINM costs more than 1k.
It is flagship of Edifier 2.0 speakers.

Yes,it is clearly R2000,which I told you will sound flatter than R1900T3.
Anyway,got a little disappointed after saw your review on that unit of R1900T3.
Cause the one at my place sounds so nice.lol..
