Hi, I just bought HTC Hero with Papago X5 installed. It can run but whenever i try to do a search for road/POI. It turns out no result at all. Any reason?
Also, if someone could publish a step-by-step installation guide for papago (including links to download software) would very much be appreciated. Thanks

new android user here. I'm using HTC Dream @ G1 and currently using android 1.6. Which papago version I can use with my phone?

Is it papago m6? or papago x5?
x5 is the latest version if to be compare with m6 right?

yeah.. heard papago m6 is out for android. it is suppose to work on all the devices. but i couldnt get it running on my HTC Magic. weird.

papago very slow in updating their software la.hope garmin come out fast for android then got competition and beneficial to android users.

guys.. u can check out the nexus one thread... it has a guide on how to setup papago on the N1.. might be applicable for other 2.x androids

yeah the menu and all in chinese but u can input in English to search.

asked bout x5 at pcfair today ... only support android 1.5 ... if there is an update will be free but dunno when also ... price promo RM99

she said - huh? android? don't have wor...
Then i asked another pretty girl
she said - yes, we have x5, support 2.1 or not? wait ah.... (she called a guy finally)

I asked one guy at bottom floor, a nice guy, he said he is G1 owner.

He said if x5 have upgrade for android 2.0 and above, previous owner will get free upgrade, using back the same register key.

I got ask about M6, he said M6 only for Iphone currently, and he said the key cannot share X5 key with M6.

Confirmed work on my hero. Villain5.22 rc

The papago x5 installed in my new bought magic is not working too! Arggh, what's wrong?

With a large android 2.0 userbase I'm surprise they're not trying to make the X5 compatible with the 2.0. I don't think it requires that much effort to make it compatible.
