yeah i had that feeling looking at R-1 playing, and im like, "wait, wasnt noel nerfed?"

china (R3?) BB the best releases on march.

but by then, if the rumors are correct, CS would be out considering the changes (depending who you wanna play), damn confusing LOL

maybe they buffed untechable timer? like bang... and all of a sudden bang seemed like a god :/

some of his dmg, like throw combo is minorly nerfed IINM
and he doesnt have huge bonus on guard primers either despite being a character that can be easily zoned/applied preasure with unlike tager.

in other words, BB CS haku feels more like a 'normal character' over the BB CT uber slow hulking tank

for R1, i think maybe its just noel isnt being top tier as a character by itself? skill wise he should be worthy.

speakin of noel, by the gods playing her against hazama on default difficulty (medium i believe) on CS last boss, hazama dont have to hit me also i can die from poison oTL

didnt really notice it much, i guess cuz i was combo'ing him quite heavily (LOL NOEL DRIVE MASH), just not enough to win oTL

now, hakumen on the other hand, LOL!
