it's a round robin chart. too meddlesome to explain. maybe you want to look at wiki hahahahaha. using that method, every participant will have the chance to fight. though due to the number of battles fought, it will take some time to finish the whole thing.

swiss-style is another fairer matchup, so that's a pretty good idea.

and dont forget the grand prize is a "hi-powered super suction kiss by onlooker"

I'm on holiday so i'm free. i suggest weekends so that most people would be free though. and obviously everyone gathering together (to make fun of the losers) would be much better than individual matches.

and here's a suggestion to make the tourney more challenging (to some)

how about participants pays a small amount of entrance fee (let's say RM10) and the winner gets to take all the fees? kudos to the singaporeans since they will have their amount reduced by transferring fees.

as for me. i never bothered to look at character tiers.... heck until now i dont even know the tier list for CT. i simply uses chars that i like. if they're hard to get used to (rachel duh) then i'll just have to get used to them.
