u can sent back the mouse to the dealer that u bought from...or send direct to Ban Leong Technologies..

RMA duration minimum 2 weeks to 2-3 months... smile.gif

u try get the converter adapter kinda thinggy which convert usb to 3.5mm jack... mayb got? try google it..

hi guys....sry if tis was explain earlier but is it true tat old DA can change to DA refresher without adding any cost?

I sent my Barracuda HP-1 for RMA only took me 2 weeks.. And now it sits inside the box collecting dust.. Might wanna sell it.. Anyone interested can pm me for details.. tongue.gif

eh....mamba cnt use soft pad ler...when excert pressure onthe mouse ok...
but when the mouse on a soft pad(soft and cloth) it dies jittering

cos i used the orochi and naga on goliathus with no probs...and those of cos are newer than mamba.

I've got no jitter problems tongue.gif
