In the article in MensHealth about soy milk/estrogenman boobs few months ago, the example it gave was about an army retiree who drank SIX LITERS of soy milk a day, hence ended up with man boobs.
It's 6 liters for god sake, I'd suffer trying to drink 6 liters of water a day, more so 6 liters of soy milk everyday swt. |

Dear Ts,
I doubt that milk is the main culprit that u r not getting slimmer. In fact, milk assist in weight lost. Google it urself. Reducing your caloric intake it the key here. Also, It's better to decrease the amount of carbs intake than protein ~!! |
