E series are men't for business user. If i got the choice, i will still go for multimedia series "N"

nah.. say real.. most of the N97 multimedia i not really used also.. just call, sms, taking photos, GPS, email.. lol.. so conclusion is that i should sell it.. lol..

I Bought The Nokia N97 Back In June When It Was Available In Malaysia.. I Have Been Following This Thread Since V1.. Read Lots Of Complaints By Forumers Like Not Able To Receive Calls, Lens Scratch Problem, Keyboard Turning Yellowish, Phone Not Able To Boot Up, UI Is Too Slow/Laggy, Weak GPS And FM Transmitter And Phone Doesn't Recognise As USB Device When Connected To Computer..

Fortunately, My N97 Has Been Good Except For Weak GPS And Lens Scratch Problems..

Condition Of N97 After ~5 Months. In Short, Still Good..


There Are Lots Of Tiny Not-Really-Visible Scratches On The Chrome Bezel.. I Use The Case That Came With N97 All The Time.. Unfortunately, (I Think) The Case Scratches The Chrome Each Time You Slide The Phone In And Out Of The Case.. On A Side Note, The Chrome Bezel On My iPhone Suffers From Scratches Too.. Generally It's Not Easy To Prevent Chrome Bezels From Scratches Unless You Have A Good Case?


Silver Coating Still Intact, No Peeling As Of Another Forumer That Posted His N97..


QWERTY Keyboard Hasn't Turned Brownish/Yellowish At All, Except For The D-Pad.. I Would Say 98% Of The Time, I Texted With This Keyboard Instead Of The On-screen T9. IMHO, It's Quite Easy And Comfortable To Type On It And You Definitely Don't Want To Lose It ..


Oh Dear.. That's A Deep And Long Scratch Near The Camera Lens.. I Wonder If NSC Will Fix It For Free Since They Did It For My N95 Which Suffered From Chrome Peeling (At The Volume Keys) Last Time..

mine is avaxx set but still get able v20 download but still having the same problem that auto on off if listening music using bt headset

but still got no sign of paint chipping and have change the camera lens once... to date still ok... the problem is that i have no idea when it will give me the white nokia screen of death... so fart for v2 once...

i think i am going for satio... if able to sell my n97 at good price... hheeh

tat used to happen to 5800 last time just take out the battery den restart the phone everything will be finee s60 v5 problem no cure 1

lol... my n97 suddenly went no signal... went to celcom n check no problem with their reception. after plug back my sim into the phone... i got the "forever white screen of death"... have to f***ing reflash my phone... zzzz

Mine sometimes appear sim card registration fail even i key in the password correct or maybe i am having the unlimited plan and always pop up the stupid question on line stuff....hate it....

Same goes to me. Sim Card Registration failed. My camera chrome peeling off dy Must be the friction caused by the leather pouch with hand pressing on the side when pulling phone out. Sobs..

I love V2.0 alot, especially the hold keyboard button and kinetic scrolling! Make my life so much more easier!

Just wanna say that my Camera button also starting to peel off ...

Bought it about a month ago (can't imagine what happen in a year..maybe the chrome totally gone )
