Are you sure the spec the same? Screw the MP. a350 using CCD a550 using CMOS sensor. HUGE difference there already. a350 3fps a550 7fps. And the ISO of the a550 is just.... WOW!

thanks bro, my cousin is the one asking, I am about to jump into DSLR world...and he offered me he wanna upgrade to A550 and ask me take over his A350 so I jsut wondering if I should take or go straight to A550
I didnt know the A350 is CCD, but i thought all DSLR are CMOS?? anyway I want to know what is this ? -2nd live-view option added - You mean there is dual live view? |

No la. Only the higher end models uses a CMOS sensor. You can jump straight to a550 la. But a350 isnt that bad also. (:

A350 is a good start , but u hv the budget go straight to A550 Once u hv get use w slr system , then can keep on upgrading .. i hv a friend , who recently just bought a slr .. and keep posion me to jump over in the end , he quit slr photography bcoz not use to it .. and back to pns anyway just my 2 cent achew, i prefer this touchup .. |

actually due to the wrong metering..no flash..and dark surrounding...my gf was seriously under exposed..but when it adjusted back to "normal" exposure..the shot was terribly noisy(exp + 1.68..brightness 67..fill light 40++)..so i decided to make it a noisy shot last nite..and anyhow clicking here n there...lol...but just now i think i better redo a "proper" one b4 my gf see it..haha..or else later no dinner for me TT_TT

A350 is not bad, if he selling u at very low price, like say less then 2k for +1 kit lens, take it. since when u resell to upgrade, u wont lose much iether. u could use the money on flash etc. A550 is far superior camera, if A350 is proton wira, A550 is like accord... totally diff class. but if u have budget of 5k+ grab A550+cz1680! u'll be in heaven |
