You can either keep doing this and tell us how you look in 3 months, or read the goddamned stickied threads.

spread your meals out across the day. one meal every 3-4 hours to prevent your body from going into starvation, as well as to keep you generally alert and functional.
if you starve yourself by having only two main meals per day, your metabolism will drop, and hence you won't be able to lose those fats as easily as you thought you would. you should especially pay attention to your carb intakes. the workout you need is moderately intense cardio exercises, such as jogging, swimming, cycling, etc. this is your main workouts if you're looking to shed the fats, along with some weight training to build up some muscles, because muscles passively help to burn off fats. weight training encourages muscle growth, whilst protein builds those muscles. push-ups work mainly your chest and triceps. your upper body consists of much more muscles than just your chest and triceps. and theren there's your lower body too. |

More colour with your workout. And dont push yourself everyday. Your muscles need rest for growth and recovery.

don't skip breakfast. eat a huge breakfast. perhaps cut down on the carb intake ie rice and don't take burger. opt for more fresh fruits and veggies.
